Just 2 of the many adorable pets we had the privilege of seeing today!💖 Cosmo, the handsome dog pictured here, was in for a recheck on his allergies and ligament tear (which has healed well); he clearly is not spoiled at all 😜🥰 Tarot, who is the most loving kitty, was in for a consultation to discuss newly diagnosed diabetes.💪🏻 Both of these babies are lucky to have such dedicated and loving owners and we are so grateful they trust us for their care. ❤️

This sweet little baby decided to wear a cute onsie after her spay surgery to help keep her away from her incision!

It is sooo important to keep your kiddos from licking, biting, or scratching their surgery sites so that they can avoid being at a higher risk of infection or hurting themselves.

Chopper visited us today for his vaccines and labwork for monitoring his Cushing’s disease. Jay made sure he felt comfortable and spent some time cuddling him, while working on other tasks. 🧡 So sweet 🥹

We do our very best to see as many patients as we can while still making sure to continue giving them the best care possible. When it comes to ER visits, that means referring them to the local ER hospitals where they can be seen and treated for urgent matters. The two here in town are Blue Pearl and Animal Emergency and Specialty Center.

Meet Jordan. Jordan is a licensed veterinary technician (LVT). He has countless skills that allow us to provide the best care to our patients. 🩺 Jordan draws blood/urine samples, performs laser therapy, fills medications, prepares patients for surgery, induces anesthesia, monitors anesthesia, places IV catheters, performs dental cleanings and dental X-rays, monitors and takes care of inpatients, and so so much more! 💖 Jordan is a joy to work with and we are so grateful he is apart of our team. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys hiking, reading, playing video games, and writing.

Thank you for all you do, Jordan! 🐶🤩

Mia and Bella were both in recently to see Dr. Hazelwood for their COHATs (Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment), more commonly known as ‘dental cleanings.’ A wonderful explanation of everything involved in a COHAT procedure can be found here: https://veterinarydentistry.net/dog-and-cat-teeth-cleaning-cohat/. Both pups visited in their PJs and did very well for their procedures. They have both healed and are feeling much better with their diseased teeth treated, thanks to their loving owner 🤩🦷
