Chukar Season 2024 is starting out to be one of the BEST in years! The dogs have been getting a lot of action and have brought the birds home! The weather has been amazing as well! Here are a few photo from the first two weeks of the season. Yep we even let the Red Dogs come. ♥️

Hudson had a spectacular weekend at the Harvest Moon Classic on Santa Rosa over the weekend. He earned 3 Best of Breed Owner Handled, including one at the NOHS Regional Event, 2 Best Opposite and one Swlect Dog, adding 2 majors towards his Grand Champion title. He showed beautifully in tough competition!

***NEW CHAMPION ***🏆

We are so proud to introduce CH Labyrinth River of Dreams at Battle Born TKN RATN! (**pending AKC confirmation)

Hudson finished his Championship in front of the hometown crowd yesterday at Reno Kennel Club picking up his second major Friday going BOW under Judge Cindy Lane and WD Saturday under Judge Ann Roth to finish! Hudson just turned a year old last week! 🎂

Today will be his first day in the ring as a Special, we are over the moon excited about his future. 😎 Hudson is an Arthur x Glitter pup bred by Karen Hanson and Erica Behnke. My sincere gratitude to all who have cheered us on! And thanks to Salty Paws Reno for the delicious Prime Rib ice cream treat for the new Champion! 😋 Thank you to Reno Kennel Club for the great show, new title rosettes, and pretty cups for NOHS Groups!

Happy Birthday Hudson!! 💚🎂

What an incredible first year for this amazing puppy!

Camille and Hudson had quite the weekend at the IABCA Show in Dixon!
Hudson earned 3 new IABCA titles: International Champion Puppy, National Champion Puppy and Honors Champion Puppy plus won the Puppy Sporting Group all 4 shows and was awarded Best in Show - Puppy!
Camille earned her International Champion-Altered and bright home 4 Best in Show - Altered rosettes! It was hot 🔥🥵 and very busy but the dogs did well! I love the IABCA format and the feedback from the Judges is educational and appreciated.

Hudson - Labyrinth River of Dreams at Battle Born was awarded his first major last weekend at Butte County Kennel Club under John Wade for 4 points and then went on to get his first Owner Handled group placement the same day! He's super fun to show and I am excited about his future! It was over 100 degrees both days so we didn't take any cute pet pics until we got to our room that night!

And my Little Miss Marti Moo decided showin showin wasn't so bad, won her class both days and was awarded Reserve WB to the Major on Satirday after not showing for over a year. Nick has been working on bulling her confidence by doing lots of Whoa training and field work. She showed astonishingly well for me so I was very happy with the Reserce WB!

We had a super fun weekend in Placerville! Hudson -Winners Dog two days, Best of Winners/BOBOH Monday picking up 2 more points - almost singled out! Camille earned her RATN in 3 straight passes on her very first time doing Barn Hunt, and even earned a High in Class for being the fastest dog in the Novice level. Hudson also got his last pass for RATN. Congratulations to all of our friends who did amazing things this weekend! 🏆

Wet and muddy Saturday turned into a gorgeous Sunday! Hudson earned a Junior Hunter pass with perfect 10s and also placed 2nd and 3rd in his first Field Trial stakes! Thanks to the Judges for recognizing the potential in this young puppy!
