Just wanted to share the no call/no show policy as we are having a bit of a run at both locations with grooms not showing up as scheduled.

Everyone receives several messages from our computer number 844-735-1015. If you are not receiving these messages, please call the office to verify that we have your correct cell number on file.

Why is canceling with a notice important? Our groomers work on commission, and when a person no shows, that takes away from the groomers pay check. We do, however, understand that emergencies and weather may factor in to not coming, but please call to cancel so we can call clients on our cancelation list.
