GOOD MORNING!

We just wanted to give a quick reminder about our cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your grooming appointment, we REQUIRE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled groom, you WILL BE CHARGED FOR THAT APPOINTMENT through the card we have on file on your account. If for any reason you do not have a card on file, you will be REQUIRED to pay for your missed appointment BEFORE you can book another appointment.

We understand that this policy can be frustrating for some, but it ensures that our groomers (who work on commission) are getting properly compensated for their time.

Our management does have the right to waive the fee for things like emergencies, bad weather, etc.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

It's been a year filled with love, laughter, smiles, a few tears, and, of course, a LOT of time spent with all of our furry friends! There have been a lot of changes within the Marcie's Pet Spa business, from acquiring a new location in Fond Du Lac to beginning the construction of a brand new building in the La Crosse area. Neither of which would have been possible without the continued support of our AMAZING clients! You CHOOSE to put your trust in us when it comes to caring for your furbabies, whether it's for grooming, daycare, and/or boarding and we truly appreciate the faith you have in us. Each and every one of Marcie's employees love your pets as if they were their own and look forward to seeing you and your pets walk through our doors each day ❤ THANK YOU for another WONDERFUL year and we look forward to seeing everyone in the New Year 🐶🐱
