We decided when we were processing our chickens to some of them!! Which just means cut in half!! Thanks to our dear friend Eric for the amazing tutorial on how to do it, but tonight we are roasting it with our potatoes and carrots for a delicious dinner!!!! Glad to have our freezer stocked!!!

Our chicks are doing soooo good at 4weeks old!!! If anyone is local and wants a breeding pair of the chicks DM me! I have 3 more boys than I need!!! But they will be great, and I’ll be selling hatching eggs come spring and these babies will breed to make our for next year!!
