Is this your dog? It’s laying under a black SUV at the Reserve Hillcrest apts 2096 E Main St
Spartanburg, doesn’t appear injured.
It wouldn’t come to me. I knocked on some doors and put a note on the SUV. 🤷🏻‍♀️ some people said it belongs to an older lady in the complex.
