As my family's time in Spencer is coming to an end, I have had several people reach out wanting my new salon's information....

I will be working at Crazy Bone in Parkersburg
Monday - Thursday (and some Saturdays)
Just be sure to ask for me when scheduling with the front desk and they will get you all taken care of!

For those of you following me, THANK YOU. It really means a lot to me. I can't wait to see your dog up there!

Hey everybody! I have some news! Due to a recent employment opportunity that I cannot pass up, I will no longer be working in Spencer Monday - Wednesday. I will be reaching out to everyone individually to cancel these appointments and I will pass on my new salon's information at that time.

I understand that not everyone's schedule will allow you to bring your dog to Parkersburg to continue grooming with me, and I have truly enjoyed grooming each and every one of them.

You've all been amazing - thank you for your support during this transitional time for our family.

As 2024 approaches, I wanted to share some important updates about my grooming services.

Our family has undergone significant changes lately; Sam's new job keeps him away, and I've realized I'm stretched too thin. I won't be quitting, but I'll be taking a few steps back.

Firstly, I'll no longer groom dogs over 60 pounds, ensuring their safety and mine. Additionally, my hours will be slightly decreased, and I won't be working after 4 pm.

I appreciate your understanding and support in this decision. It's crucial for the well-being of the dogs and myself.

I have to say, my customers are pretty great!!

As some of you know, I had to cancel this whole week bc my daughter got to have her first ambulance ride (my first too) and we stayed in the hospital a few nights. Fortunately, we are home now and she is bouncing back quickly.

Our local EAA is hosting a Young Eagles Rally at Jackson County Airport on October 14th, honoring General Chuck Yeager anniversary of Breaking the Sound Barrier.

Victoria Yeager will be our guest speaker. We will also have a food truck (3 Cheese Grilled Cheese ), drunk driving simulators, Navy and Air Force recruiters, local HealthNet and more.

I'm officially booking into September and I am still not booking new customers. Customers that have not had an appointment in 2023 are now considered "new" again.

I hate not being able to take new customers, but I don't even have room to reschedule a shih-tzu right now, and I want to make sure my awesome customers and dogs are taken care of as best I can.

Hey everybody! Just a quick reminder...

**We are currently booking 7+ weeks in advance and not taking any new clients**

If you need to reschedule/cancel please let me know ASAP, I have a wait-list that would love to fill that spot.

If you are consistently cancelling last minute (with no communication) or No-Showing, you will be removed from the schedule, and charged for your missed appointment fee. I hate to do this, but last minute cancellations rarely get filled.

I keep getting a bunch of appointment requests through the Facebook calendar...... And I DON'T KNOW HOW. This calendar is NOT accurate and I can't figure out how to remove it. Please reach out to us DIRECTLY through fb messenger or call/text.

Hey Everyone!

Sam will be leaving the shop and taking on an opportunity that he can't pass up. Which means I will be the shop by myself going forward.

Right now we are booking into August our first opening is 9 August at 1 PM. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment you most likely will have to wait till your next scheduled appointment.

This will be the last call for anyone needing an appointment through the end of the year appointments are extremely limited.

Hey Everybody,

Starting the end of February Sam will be stepping away from being able to assist in the grooming shop. He will be having at least two surgeries over the next several months and these surgeries will limit lifting and straining pretty severely.

Due to these limitations, and the grooming schedule already being full, I will not be accepting ANY new dogs that are not already on the schedule. I'm only one woman, and can only do so much, especially with my family's needs right now.

We will need to reschedule a few appointments as new doctor's appointments come up - will be in touch as soon as we know a change needs to be made.

Hey everybody!

We have a few announcements to make.....

First, at this time my first open appointment is now in mid-late March.... So that means I will not be taking on ANY new clients/dogs at this time.

Second, ALL appointments will need to be scheduled through the online booking site.

Third, appointment times are VERY important. I schedule time specifically for your pet, and I usually schedule so that as one dog is leaving, my next is arriving. This means if you are late, you're cutting into the next customer's allotted time, you WILL be rescheduled. If you KNOW you're going to be late, please communicate as early as possible. After 2 last minute cancellations/No-shows, you will be required to prepay for your appointments, in full. After 3, you will be removed from the schedule.

Hey Everyone! Our schedule is filling up fast this year. We do have 3 appointments for small grooms or baths on February 9th and our next opening isn't until February 24th. We also have very few openings for March and April. If you would like to schedule please contact us ASAP.

Hey Everyone,

We are still working on scheduling for 2023 and should have it completed soon. We will start texting out links so you can view your scheduled appointments, as soon as we finalize everything. If you have not spoken to us about scheduling for 2023, please message us so we can add your dog(s) to the schedule.

Jodi will be going back to being a solo groomer in January, so please schedule early and watch out for your reminder texts as grooming spaces will be more limited.

Sam will be starting basic obedience training in January as he works towards his AKC Certification.

Daycare has been running great since July and we do have a few openings. We work on socializing, potty training, crate training and basic manners. We have a great pack of 13 dogs that would love new friends. If you're interested, please reach out.

Hey everyone!

It's that time of year again..... We are booking about 5 weeks in advance for SMALL dogs. That means.....

*** we are no longer accepting NEW clients until the end of the year so that we can best accommodate our regular clients that are here every 6 weeks or less through the remainder of the year.

If you have not booked your appointments for Nov 1st- Dec 23rd please do so as soon as you can, space is already limited. This also means we may not be able to accommodate rescheduling appointments at the last minute.

Please watch out for your appointment reminders, double check the date and time, and follow the instructions. Appointments that are not confirmed 24hrs in advance a WILL BE CANCELLED and given to a dog from the wait-list..... I've had far too many appointments No-Show lately.

Thanks for being such great customers! Not every groomer has such loyal clients!
