So I’m not scared of an honest review. However, I’m sitting here so sad because I have no idea who this person is, who the dog was, and if I did I would do my best to fix it. Everyone who knows me knows I will always do my best, and if I mess up, I will own it and fix it. This person has left multiple 1 star reviews on Starbucks, jitters, KFC, and Costco. Maybe they don’t realize that a 1 star review on a new small business can destroy one. But since I only have 3 reviews total on google, it makes me look real bad:( I work so hard to make sure every pet is comfortable and happy, and then the pet owner. And I have multiple pictures on my page of proof that I do good work.

If you all can do me a huge favor and write a review on Google if you like the work I’ve done, I would so appreciate it!

To continue offering the exceptional services you expect, we will be implementing a small price adjustment of $5.00 on all our services starting July 1, 2024. This decision was made after careful consideration, and we have kept the increase as minimal as possible to ensure affordability for our valued clients.
