A lot of times, dogs will lead you when walking. When walking on a leash, you should be leading. We have been working on stopping AND sitting when I stop. Because I am the leader, when I stop he should as well. Doing this will help your dog understand that walking is a game of “follow the leader” and they are following, not leading. 🤍🐶

Meet Blue! She is a blue heeler and pit mix . She is adorable! We get to dog sit this sweet baby while her mom is on a trip and boy are we excited! She is going to learn many things on her stay with us, such as going outside to potty and spending some time in a crate to get used to the feeling of it. Maybe a few extra tricks too!🐶🤍

We have been working on waiting to be told the food is his to eat. We have 4 dogs and when giving them treats they all seem to scatter and chow down. Working on this helps them know when it’s their turn. 🙂 🐶
