Have you met our mascot Rocket? He’s the handsome boy on the back of the grooming trailer. He is named after “Rocket” the raccoon from Guardians of the Galaxy. Today is his 8 year anniversary of us adopting him. He is a mama’s boy and a cranky old man, but the energy of a puppy.

📣📣 We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment or reschedule. However, it is important to know that you may not be able to be rescheduled and may have to wait until your next regularly scheduled appointment.📣📣

We realize that may be inconvenient for you, but we are a one-man operation and there are only so many hours in a day and week. If we can get you in sooner we will but please know that the chances are slim, as we are booked 2-3 months out. Thank you for your understanding. -Christian

Reminders:

No call, no show appointments will be charged a $25 fee, which must be paid before another appointment can be made.

Please also remember to sign your Grooming Agreement. Failure to sign will result in your pet not being groomed, until it is completed. It is for you protection and ours.

✨Update✨ While we are accepting new clients, please understand the we are currently booked into May. We know this can be inconvenient for some. Please also understand that it is just me answering calls and texts, so I may not get back to you right away.

If our current clients are not on a reoccurring schedule, it may not be possible to get you in when you would like, which is why I encourage reoccurring appointments.

Our goal is consistency and trust with your pet.

With the mysterious respiratory illness affecting dogs across the nation and here in Spokane, we want to assure our clients that we are taking time in-between dogs for additional sanitizing and allowing time for trailer ventilation. We kindly ask that if your dog goes to the veterinarian, please wait at least 2 weeks before your appointment to ensure no cough has developed. If you are interested in learning more, will post a link to SpokAnimal’s veterinarian’s statement regarding this illness and the temporary closure of the shelter in the comments.

EDIT: If it dog is symptomatic (coughing a lot-sounding kennel cough like. We will not proceed with the groom and reschedule, simply for the safety of all dogs. Thank you for your understanding!

*New Policy*

Christian has been working 6 days a week and late hours to meet the needs of our wonderful clients. We want to continue to help and understand that some clients need their dogs done sooner. We have decided that due to increased demand, Christian will work on Sunday, by request only, but there will be a $40 after hours charge for Sunday grooming. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
