Job Description:
As a Mobile Groomer at Hydrodog, you will be responsible for providing top-quality grooming services to a wide range of pets in the comfort of their homes. Our mobile grooming units are fully equipped and provide a convenient and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Perform breed-specific and customized cuts, trims, and styles according to customer preferences and grooming standards.
Conduct thorough pet assessments to ensure the grooming process aligns with the pet's needs and temperament.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with pet owners, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment within the mobile grooming unit, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Monitor and report any health issues or irregularities observed during the grooming process to the pet owner or franchise management.
Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach towards pets, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the grooming session.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a professional pet groomer, with expertise in various breeds, cuts, and grooming techniques.
Strong knowledge of pet behavior, health, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Patience and a genuine love for animals.
Ability to work independently and manage grooming appointments efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to different environments and handle pets of all sizes and temperaments.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining grooming equipment and tools.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Dearest Humans,
PSA: As many of you are aware the 4th of July is quickly approaching. Some of us are not very excited about the loud booms and giant lights in the sky. It makes us very nervous and scared. Please help keep me and my furry friends safe!
Remember to secure all fences, refill anxiety meds, update our pet ID tags, get microchips, and please be on alert. We know for most of you humans this is a "howling" good time" and is "pawsitively" fun and exciting to celebrate.
