The first photo is Kaia, the Miami phase with unknown history I picked up from a friend who rehomed his dad’s snakes after he had medical problems.
He did not know when she came from.
She was one of the first pairings I did, in 2011 (the other was a wild caught Alabama female), both were paired with an Okeetee Tessera.

The second photo is Brokk, my hold back from that first Miami Tessera clutch.
He is the foundation sire to my line.
I kept trying to work towards the LBR burgundy Miami’s, but I kept getting the coloring that Kitsune (3rd photo) shows.
With the help of my friend Rachel, I named them Tuscan Flare Miami’s.

A big part of me is sad that I will not be breeding my lines anymore, but I have a handful of wonderful friends who have my line and will continue on with my best/favorites. ❤️

Hayley and Kenner were my last two holdbacks.
Hayley was my favorite from the last Kitsune x Balam pairing I did, and then last year I paired Kitsune x Chili (LBR Candy Cane Motley), and Kenner was my favorite.

I made the decision to sell all of my snakes, but the idea of parting with those two (the last two of my line) was a very difficult idea.
They are now with my friend Rachel (Skye Pony Reptiles), with the help of Tammy Piekarski.
I know that Rachel will carry on the MysticExotics legacy with this pair, and I look forward to seeing future babies from them!

Since I will be selling off all of my snakes, including the babies that hatch from this year's clutch, I will have all of my supplies available (only after snakes are sold).
Local sales on the supplies, (Spokane/CDA area)

I have an AP hatchling rack that holds 33 6qt tubs (tubs will be included)
I also have two Sterilite 1753 (6/12) Economy racks that will come with both sizes of tubs.
All three racks have heat tape installed, never used (I have used ambient heat).

I will also have some rodent breeder tubs, baby/juvenile hides, water dishes, etc.

The racks will become available as snakes are sold.

The hatchlings will be available in August, once they have become established eaters.

Kitsune (Mystic Exotics Tuscan Flare Miami) x Chili (LBR Candy Cane Motley) pairing.

Kitsune is het Amel, and has produced some beautiful babies, so I expect this pairing to be fabulous!
This is Chili’s first year breeding.

Edit to add; this is my final pairing. I have decided to phase out my Cornsnake collection, and most of my Crested Geckos.

Working full time and taking care of a farm has pushed my reptiles to the back burner.

I will be talking to a friend who has several of my snakes on breeder loan, some of those will be sold, and she some of my in house snakes may be going to her, but on the others, preference will be given to local sales.

Once the snakes and some of the geckos have found homes, I will have supplies such as enclosures, racks, etc available.

I currently have some excess frozen mice in a few sizes, available now.

Please keep my friend Lash Watson in your thoughts, he was in a head on collision on his motorcycle recently, and was in pretty bad shape.
The doctors are optimistic, but it will be a lengthy recovery.

Edit to add that I got my first Cornsnake from Lash almost 12 years ago.
He is one of the nicest guys you could meet!
