If you BBQ with propane, you might find this interesting.
I had on of the regulators fail on one of my propane machines. When replacing it, there was oil that poured out of one of the fittings. I thought... Now why the heck is there oil inside of a propane gas system especially to the point that it ruined my regulator.
I did some research and found out that oil is added to propane for many reasons including corrosion inhabiting, lubrication for pumps and valves, and help keep the gas from freezing up.
This machine has burned through lots of propane tanks and this is what the inside of the regulator looks like after the oil leaked out of the fitting.
THINK ABOUT HOW MUCH OIL ENDS UP ON YOUR BURGERS AND STEAK. 🤮

The Joe Special is a very economical way to finish concrete floors and still have low maintenance and high performance. This option preseves the natural look of concrete with minimal preparation. Densification and a penetrating repellent sealer is what is used in this option.
I didn't assign the name to this option haha. Andy cough cough. 😆

Some floors are not as beautiful as others. Sometimes it's ll about taking a disaster and making it functional. This is one of those that is hard to appreciate until you scroll through and see what we started with.

Polished concrete, touch of acid stain, diluted green dye, cider, and a cool facility.
This is a floor we had lots of fun working on. The owners are incredibly people and not afraid to work. This look was so risky to pull off that we actually had the owner spray the acid stain to give him full control of how wild he wanted the contrast to be.
This concrete was honed delicately to try to save s much of the cream layer for the acid stain to react with. Finished to a glossy sheen and sealed with a penetrating sealer.
Stop by for a cider and delicious food. Definitely check the floors and the whole facility out.

Industrial coating system. This area will be the future clean room for a local electronics engineering lab.
Westcoat Specialty Coatings was the coating system used in this application. We used their moisture mitigating primer followed by a white epoxy body coat. White polyurethane was used to produce a UV stable color coat and the same was installed in a custom blue color in the walkways. The floor was finished with a coat of semi gloss polyurethane to give this floor optimal performance. @ Liberty Lake
