📢 If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us a call at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other pets in need of pampering. We have not asked for a cancelation fee from our customers in the past, but this will become part of our policy for our no show and last minute cancelations. Hey all! We apologize for the inconvenience :( we are hoping to be back up and running normal come Saturday (the 29th not 28th oops!) Fingers crossed!!! Anyone who had appointments for tomorrow have been moved to Sunday at the same scheduled time they were for on Friday. We tried contacting everyone by phone but weren't able to get ahold of all! We appreciate your patience and look forward to be back at it!

Good morning River City Grooming friends!!! Have a cat that needs to see the groomer?! Check out this awesome new trailer in town! This belongs to our friend Gilza! She is a cat groomer and cat groomer only! Since we no longer take new cats, we are referring them all to Gilza! She is wonderful and is building up her clientele! If you see her in town, give her a wave! Need your cat groomed? Call Gilza at the catwash center! Her prices are great and she will get your kitty looking good for the summer! 509-936-1669 is her phone number. Get onto her schedule before she fills up! Keep an eye out for her coupon in the Wise Shopper coming to mailboxes in July!!

Gwyneth with her alien friend at Galaxy Glass and More!!! They are located two doors down from us and are having a customer appreciation day! They sell glass, vapes, tapestries, decorations and so many more things! It's a cool little shop! Go and by and check them out! They have pizza and drinks and having huge sales today! They're going to be having this celebration until 5 today!

Look at this cutie! Mister Niles had his very first big boy haircut! He was a wee nervous so we just had to take it easy and do the best we could within his comfort zone! What a sweetie pie! His sister comes in for her first haircut this week too! Aaaaaahhh so stinkin cute!!!

Hey all!!! The first big camping weekend of the year is near!!! We will be open on Friday and Saturday for memorial day weekend. However, we will not have a full staff on Saturday and will be closing early so that we can all get out and enjoy some of this beautiful sunshine we have been having! We hope to be closed by 1 pm this Saturday! Also quick reminder, we are booking out fairly quickly, so if your pup needs an appointment we recommend calling and getting it set up ASAP!! Good morning! We just wanted to pop on here and give everyone a heads up that we are starting to book out a ways! If your pup is due for a groom soon, we encourage you to call and get your next appointment set up! We also recommend pre booking next appointments at pick up! We have been consistently busy and aren't even into the busy busy season yet! Bare with us as we try to get back to voicemails daily, sometimes we aren't able to until the end of the work days! Hey all. One of our long time clients dog is missing. He isn't sure if he got out of the gate and ran away at his house or if someone took him from his yard. They live in the Indian Trail area. Bandit is a havanese, white and brown. He was not wearing a collar at the time but he is microchipped. These dogs are very loved and very well taken care of the family is distraught. Please keep an eye out for this little guy. Let's try to help get him home! Thanks everyone
