Hello Furriends…
It’s Sarah here, and my heart aches as I sit to write this, it’s been a very difficult last few days, but it’s time to announce that Sarah, Michelle, Chase, & Sam have decided to close the dog park. Saturday was officially our last day open.
We would have loved to have one more day to say goodbye to our friends that have supported us every step of the way. However, unfortunately given our circumstances, we decided closing the doors ASAP was for the best.
Now to answer the question everyone is asking… why? Well, I’m just going to be blunt. We cannot afford to remain open. We sadly were not able to pick up enough momentum to keep the business going through the winter like we had hoped.
Through all of this, My mom and I always love this one saying “if it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.” We are coming to terms that this was just not meant to be❤️
We thank our bark rangers for being our back bone, giving us a break when we needed it. We love you girls and wish you a future of bountiful opportunities. We thank our monthly members, you guys were our life boat. We will miss seeing your faces everyday, and I will miss serving all your pups ice water and pupcups.
We could not have made it this long if it weren’t for our landlord, he was constantly showing me and my mom kindness and was always willing to make something work for us. Your kindness will never be forgotten, and it definitely did not go unnoticed.
Spokane, please support your small local businesses. They are quickly dissolving and they need our help to keep them thriving and healthy. We are sending lots of hugs to all the business owners out there, we understand your stressors, we hear your worries, and we are here to talk❤️
Don’t forget to always
Until we meet again Furriends🍻
