We all love pizza, we all love dogs and cats, we all love to raise funds so be sure to mention this fundraiser on Sunday, June 26th (this Sunday) when you visit one of these locations to help SpokAnimal!

We will have the water turned on in the park as soon as the temps are warm enough to turn it on without any danger of freezing pipes. We are hoping for end of April at latest.

You can vote every day and please share!!!

SpokAnimal has an adoption partner called Kitty Cantina. The couple that own it have been awesome fosters and cat advocates and we nominated them for Royal Canin/Greater Good Charities Feline Foster of the year. Out of 500 nominations, 10 were chosen - and Cozza’s write-up is one! Now there’s another public vote to detemine the winner. Can you please vote for the husband and wife team that brings you photos like these and funny cat profiles? (If you don’t follow Kitty Cantina, you might find it’s a happy place on your Facebook feed.) Sometimes, the purrfect furry friend finds the perfect friend! This is the story of Officer Setzler and a sweet puppers named Apollo. Officer Setzler was sitting in a neighborhood writing a report and he kept seeing a dog peeking at him from a backyard. He couldn’t resist visiting the peeking puppers, and the pair became instant friends! Officer Setzler stops by to visit every week, and always has a yummy treat. Apollo looks forward to the visits, and folks in the neighborhood do, too! The pair’s special bond has built a relationship of good will and trust.
Apollo’s family got him when he was 8 weeks old, and know they are the luckiest people to have the BEST DOG in the world (they’re not wrong 😁) and they couldn’t love him more!
Officer Setzler recently noticed Apollo was limping on his rear leg and asked about it. Apollo has gone to the vet, and has a torn ACL. He is scheduled for surgery on June 25th at Hunter’s Veterinary Clinic, and the cost will be $2,000. We want to help Apollo get back to living his happy life with his family, with lots of visits from Officer Setzler, and are accepting donations towards to cost of his surgery.

Please make a donation toward Apollo’s surgery, and note in the memo ‘for Apollo’ if donating online.

Thank you, all!! 😊❤️🐶

We know that the small dog park area fence has been badly damaged. We have contacted a local fencing company who will come out and fix it as time allows (they are slammed due to the wind storm damaging so many fences). Thank you to all who reached out to let us know about the damage.
