You you know what’s hits small business hard and negatively besides all we deal with : the slow seasons, Hard core Mother Nature brutal hot temps or harsh cold no snow winters for sleigh rides ?!! it’s bad customers who no show or cancel on reservations and then proceed to dispute clearly agreed upon terms and non refundable charges !

Then even go further to do bad reviews on the small business even tho it’s THEMSELVES who broke their agreements? Huh???

I’ve even offered discounts for future rides as a courtesy (that I’m not obligated to). & it’s 4x’s before a booking they get told these terms and even have to Ck a box at Ck out even accepting this “specific term. “ Yet still.. some people dispute n argue.

Does not make sense and is wrong of them. Period.

We should have a BAD CUSTOMER review option for us!!

So here we go in the past couple months people been doing this… And it’s affected business in more ways than one.

ALL but 1 is LOCAL too 😡 totally entitled blatant disregarding people. Shame on you.

So this sucks. Someone (a client) hit the gate so hard it bent the steel arm, hit n broke n ruined the signage & broke the solar lights . It’s totaled… not salvageable.

What’s worse is who did it just left & didn’t say anything….

no idea who 😞 it’s $500 for the same one on Amazon. Don’t have the budget to replace.

Wish they would done right n said something to help at least fix n replace.

People… do better.. im small biz n don’t have the budget for this one. Hay comes first…
