Unfortunately, Zoey 🐺👑🐾 needs to find a new forever home with children who know how to respect her personal space. She was not bonded with Lady and, to be honest, she's much more relaxed without her presence. We'd like to find Zoey 🐺👑🐾 a new home 🏡 by the 20th because we have a planned vacation. We do have a backup plan, but the ideal situation for Zoey 🐺👑🐾would be a permanent home where she can settle in and relax instead of a temporary foster home 🏡

As many you know, 3 Husketeers Intake is currently closed. One of the reason is because we don't have the funds to handle emergency situations, even after begging for months.
Zoey, had 5 seizures in 3 hours this past Sunday, July 7th. Despite the lack of funds, Zoey received prompt medical attention, and tests (Bloodwork, MRI, and Spinal Tap) were conducted by Dr. Rosen, VMD, DACVIM at VRC in Malvern, PA. Tankfully her condition, while serious, is manageable with medication and VRC will give us some time to pay our Invoice.
Zoey's being monitored at VRC and will remain there until she's able to walk. Her diagnosis of Idiopathic Epilepsy means she will require lifelong treatment with Phenobarbital, a reality that brings both relief and new financial challenges for the rescue.
The outpouring of support, both emotional and financial, is crucial in these moments. Every contribution, no matter the size, has the power to make a significant impact. It's not just about settling an invoice; it's about ensuring that Zoey and can continue to receive the care she needs. The collective effort of a community can turn a situation of despair into one of hope and continued care.
