🎄 Holiday Appointment Courtesy Notice 🎄

As we enter our busiest season of the year, we kindly ask all clients to be especially mindful of arrival times for grooming appointments.

Multiple appointment reminders are sent and require confirmation in advance. To maintain the highest level of care, efficiency, and respect for our groomers’ schedules, as well as for other clients and their pets- punctuality is essential.

Effective now through Christmas, our 15-minute late policy will be strictly enforced.

• Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be required to reschedule
• This ensures each pet receives the full, unrushed service they deserve

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to provide a calm, elevated grooming experience during the holiday rush.

Good morning Golden Bone family✨ We know times are tough right now, with SNAP benefits paused and the growing prices of groceries, we want to help in any way we can. So we’re so excited to team up with Rubies and Rogues this holiday season!! We will be having two holiday donation drives to help our community in this hard time! Our first drive will be focused on thanksgiving items as well as baby, personal hygiene and other food items.

Even if you’re not a current client our donation bin is open to everyone, a list of items needed will be posted soon so keep an eye out for more details!

For every donation, your name will be entered into a raffle drawing for a holiday goodie filled basket ❤️

We completely understand that life happens! If you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer that spot to another client who may be waiting.
