Here are some happy dogs holding a down-stay while I’m getting ready to grill. Not only are they able to lay down and release. They are also being socialized.

Here is Koa and Luthor. Before training Koa would run away and was afraid of the vacuum. Working controlled distractions in your training is very important. They need to be able to trust you won’t put them in harms way or anywhere dangerous where they could get hurt.
