To say it’s been a good week (ok, 10 days) might be underselling it a bit. Sandy picked up a Reserve BIS along with her third BIS in Murfreesboro last week followed up with her fourth and fifth BIS this weekend in Gulfport making her the top BIS winning bitch in the history of the breed. Huge thanks to a whole lot of people here including judges Butch Schulman, Debra Thornton, Lorraine Bisso, and Linda Hurlebaus for the group and show placements of the past two weeks. More good stuff to come.

In addition to Sandy’s escapades, Ozzie finished her grand championship this weekend and picked up a OH group 1 in the process. Meanwhile, out west , Lila (from the Prince litter) picked up her first group placement. Not bad for a 13 month old.

Kristi Woods Libertore is responsible for producing so many wonderful griffs over the years including Frank, Eevee, and Carl (the parents of our last three litters) and is a co-owner of our Sandy. If you want to learn something about dogs, she’s a great resource to have.

It’s been a history making year for Best in Shows with Remi the Papillon and Colonel the Boykin for Team Livingston and Sandy is part of that as one of only 4 WPG bi***es in breed history with mutiple all-breed Best In Shows and now #1 WPG bitch. Iowa is a long drive, but turned out to be well worth the trip. Sandy decided to celebrate the weekend in style by showing her buns off for Ann Claire and taking home her second Best in Show. Huge thanks to judges David Peat and Robert Robinson for finding our beautiful girl in some nice lineups this weekend. And thank you to the whole Livingston crew for all you do!
