Hi all,
Today we are implementing a new reservation and customer communication system called Gingr that will allow you to book reservations online, receive email and text reminders for upcoming reservations, and receive updates about all of our upcoming fun events.
All customers will have a unique customer profile that can be accessed via our new customer portal here: https://poochplayhouse.portal.gingrapp.com/ #/public/login.
To access the customer portal, please do the following:
• Existing Customers: Please create a password via this link for your account and double check your profile to ensure we have the most up-to-date information, particularly your email address and cell phone number.
• New Customers: Please create a new profile via this link
We’ve also updated and simplified our customer agreement and will need you to sign it prior to your next reservation.
Lastly, we have a new email address ([email protected]) so be on the lookout for emails from that address, add it to your safe sender list, and let us know if you have any issues receiving our emails.
We appreciate your patience as we work through any issues with the new system and we hope you have a wonderful holiday season!

Dear Valued Customers,

As we enter into the fall season, we wanted to remind you to please be mindful of canine cough (aka, kennel cough) – a contagious respiratory condition that can affect dogs. With the cooler weather and increased time spent indoors, it's especially important to stay vigilant. Please keep an eye out for common symptoms, such as:

• Persistent coughing
• Runny nose
• Sneezing
• Lethargy
• Loss of appetite

If you notice any of these symptoms in your dog, we kindly ask that you keep them at home and schedule a visit to your veterinarian for a proper diagnosis and treatment. You may have to specifically request your veterinarian test for canine cough, but we highly recommend doing so out of an abundance of caution.

Your cooperation helps us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all our dogs. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Pooch Playhouse started out as a dream to be able to create a happy place for dogs to come stay and play. I started developing Pooch Playhouse in 2005. As it opened Oct 6, 2006.

This announcement comes as a bittersweet goodbye as Owner. I will be retiring as I set off to another journey.

I would like to thank all of my staff, which are the best, all of my customers and they too are the best. Your support for Pooch over the years has been so greatly appreciated. If it were not for YOU there would be know Pooch Playhouse.

Pooch Playhouse has a new owner. Come by and meet Joe Graves. He is very excited and has big plans.
