Wildlife Survival Sanctuary was recently hit by two hurricanes, the second one, Milton, did considerable damage, including causing the death of one of our emus. Other than his loss, we were fortunate, but we have limited resources and have had to spend considerable amounts of money for emergency supplies, equipment, and repairs!
We still need to hire an electrician, replace a destroyed canopy, clear downed trees, and replace damaged infrastructure, plus there are trees that still may pose a threat to cages or the perimeter fences.
I have not posted a fundraiser in sometime, mainly because the responses have not been stellar. We really need help!

10/01/2024- sadly we lost Luna. We love all animals, but every once in a while, you encounter an animal, whose personality makes an indelible impression on you, and Luna was that and more! We found her when she was a small kitten, but she was absolutely fearless, I’m not sure that she even needed rescuing! She will be forever in our hearts, and missed everyday!

A special thank to Thomas who spent the last 3 weeks volunteering here at Wildlife Survival Sanctuary. Thomas started helping on day one by traveling with me to Georgia to help with picking up the Servals! He has helped with so many projects!! Helping to clean and reorganize food prep and 2 sheds!! Every day he gave special care and attention to all of our animals!!! He will be missed!

We just got the estimates to repair our John Deere Gator 4x2 😞 2093.64 for a fuel tank, a starter and annual maintenance. 713.40 for shocks and bushings!! Total repair invoice labor and parts is 2807.04.
This vehicle is not a luxury, but a necessary work vehicle that we have maintained for 20 years! Please help us with this expense!! Your donations are tax deductible!!!
