A special thank to Thomas who spent the last 3 weeks volunteering here at Wildlife Survival Sanctuary. Thomas started helping on day one by traveling with me to Georgia to help with picking up the Servals! He has helped with so many projects!! Helping to clean and reorganize food prep and 2 sheds!! Every day he gave special care and attention to all of our animals!!! He will be missed!

We just got the estimates to repair our John Deere Gator 4x2 😞 2093.64 for a fuel tank, a starter and annual maintenance. 713.40 for shocks and bushings!! Total repair invoice labor and parts is 2807.04.
This vehicle is not a luxury, but a necessary work vehicle that we have maintained for 20 years! Please help us with this expense!! Your donations are tax deductible!!!

Thank you to all the great volunteers we have had here at Wildlife Survival sanctuary! But our last 2 volunteers really deserve A LOT of praise and appreciation!!! They helped finish the lock out area for the Emus, they cleared Kiya’s old cage for an additional habitat for Meerah, they added platforms and more den boxes for the Lemurs!
They also spent almost every day that they were here ,caring for and spending time with ALL of the animals here at the sanctuary!! Thank you .tb

Meeko update: Dr. Griffin came out to give Meeko an injection of Depo, 2 days later Meeko was back at his feeding area and showing an appetite!! Hopefully his improvement will continue!!

So Meeko, unfortunately has joined a growing list of our older residents who have had to go to our veterinarian's office and continue to be under Dr. Griffin's care.

Kiya, a 22 year old female Leopard suffering from kidney failure and recently an abscessed tooth and pressure wound to her leg.

Pumpkin, had to have a mass removed from his chest and had a severe skin infection.

Tasha had a biopsy done on a mass removed from nose.

We are extremely hopeful that everyone will be okay, and we will post updates as we have them!!

But the veterinarian bills are piling up!! ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!!
