I just learned this from a husky group, some pups are very sick ( one in the oxygen chamber, kind of life support for dogs ) be extremely careful with your furbabies ! 😭.

Hello my dear Spring Lake Poodles and Doodles friends and followers, I just wanted to share what happened to us Friday night Oct 13th . My dear Husky Laika and her daughter were bitten by a snake ! I took them to the emergency vet ,Laika ( the oldest ) was having a hard time breathing. This event was very scary , and I would have been devastated if I would had lose my beautiful sweet girls . I was surprised to find out how expensive the antivenom is , about $2000 USD!! Luckily, they didn't have poison in their blood,and they got treated for inflammation and pain. Please be very careful with your fur babies, they are like children and can easily get in trouble.
As of today, they are doing great .

Maya and I touring the little towns in Los Cabos ,Baja California. Excuse me ,I look like a hot mess because the heat is so horrible, makeup doesn't stay 😫 😁. Maya has been extremely popular among locals and tourists as well.

Maya has such a great temperament that she was selected by me to be my Service Dog. She is very smart ,learns quickly, and is super easy to train due to her high intelligence. Huskypoos are absolutely the best breed 😍😍😍!

This time it was Tiger's and Rolo's turn to go hiking! These dogs are truly amazing hiking partners. Also, this was Rolo's first trip as part of our family since I took custody of him a year ago, he enjoyed it so much!

Good Evening dear followers and puppy owners. I would like to share the following information for everyone who is the parent of one ( or two) of our dogs from Spring Lake Poodles and Doodles. I understand that sometimes life can present us with challenging situations, and sometimes hard decisions need to be taken . With that being said , I would like to share the Do's and Don't s of re-homing a dog you acquired from me.

DON'T:

DO NOT ABANDON YOUR PET IN A SHELTER ! 90% of NC shelters are high kill and there is a slim chance that said dog will make it out alive. Just please Don't!

DON'T ask for refunds, partial refunds are given only if a puppy has been returned within the 72 hour window stated in your contract, same applies to owners who didn't sign a contract.

DO:

DO find a new home for your dog , there are plenty of resources available to help you find a suitable home for your dog.

DO post on Facebook groups specialized in re-homing pets

DO post on Hoobly.com

DO post on Craigslist

DO post on Rescueme.org

DO post on any social media platforms available to you so that a new adopter can be found.

DO contact your local Dog Rescue about the possibility of surrendering your dog ,so he/she has the opportunity to find a new home.

North Carolina has a Dog Rescue for poodles and Doodles, you can contact them as well .

I will not take possession of any dogs anymore, it is your responsibility to find what's best for a family member you have decided to re-home.
