🚨 Important Microchip Update! - PLEASE SHARE TO HELP KEEP PETS SAFE!!🚨

We have an update! PetLink is now offering $1 microchip registration for those pets who had the now defunct Save This Life Microchips, you must use the code STLDOLLAR.

At True Companion, we will be checking all pets during appointments to make sure the chip is registered and up to date. But we encourage you to use the AHAA chip lookup https://www.aaha.org/for-veterinary.../microchip-search/ to see if your pet's records need updated, especially if you had a STL chip. If no info is found, it's likely a Save This Life chip and you should register it elsewhere.

If so, you can use one of these options below, including the PetLink offer for $1 mentioned above. You can find your pet's chip number in the PetDesk app (click on your pet--> then Complete Profile --> then Chips & Tags), or you can call or text our office and we can look it up for you. Please take this seriously and get your pet's microchip info updated.

The dreaded question: "How much does your pet eat per day?"🤔❓
A common response when asked how much your pet eats is a "scoop" a day. The number of items that can “scoop” dog food is too large to count! Because of this, our team asks to get a more accurate daily volume in cups. Our doctor team uses this, in addition to the brand and flavor of food your pet eats, to calculate your pet's calorie needs! If you aren't sure where to start, most dog kibble has feeding guides on the back of the bag and we are happy to provide a labeled measuring pet food scoop at your next visit!
