Welcome to The Veterinary Assistant School page! The Veterinary Assistant School is a 10 week Career School that is accredited with the State of Ohio. Upon graduation, you will receive a Certificate as a Veterinary Assistant. Veterinary Assistants do just as the title suggests, they assist Veterinarians with everyday duties in a small animal Veterinary Hospital. You will receive training

for front desk responsibilities, hospital procedures, pet nursing care, and so much more! You can use your Certificate to apply at Veterinary Hospitals, Kennels, Pet Shops, Zoos or use your experience to start your own pet related business. The curriculum is divided between classroom and laboratory studies. A rare opportunity to have both academic and hands on learning.

We have had the privilege to watch Mckenzie Fuller and Courtney Blevins transform from being two of our exceptional receptionists to now fully trained, certified veterinary assistants. It was an honor to teach the two of you and we are SO proud of all the hard work and practice you two made in order to reach your goals. Our team is better and more fun each day with the both of you. If you are greeted by them in your exam rooms soon, please congratulate them because this is a huge accomplishment and they deserve every bit of praise! 💕🎉
