Many students are uncertain about their career path after high school. They’re not sure what major to choose in college. This is a scary time for many students with no clear answers. Imagine having the opportunity to explore different industries and discover what truly interests them. Crystal Eckles with Big Picture Learning - Northwest Arkansas (BPL) offers just that opportunity! BPL connects schools and students with community mentors to provide real-world experience. For instance, if a student is interested in nursing, they are paired with a mentor in that field as an intern. This hands-on experience helps students determine early on if a particular career is the right fit for them.

*Sean Simons – the chapter member who talks the most (he has the gift of gab) AND gave the most thank you for closed business
*Winnie DeWitt – the most helpful in our group (always early to set up for the meeting and gets the coffee going.) She’s a lifesaver!
*Elizabeth Rodgers Rowe – our VP who holds the chapter together (she has the job of herding cats basically.)
