Caturday Saturday! 🐈Dixie and Zion were not quite sure of us the first time we met 😳They were two nervous little kitties that had recently moved to the area. It didn’t hurt our feelings when, during the first visit, both kitties stayed hidden and weren’t interested in coming out to play. That was OK!

🐈🐈We found them in their hiding spots and continued about our visit topping off food and scooping litter. We used our Fear Free training to keep them at ease and still provide the care they needed. We kept our distance, played cat tv, used Feliway to help them destress, and provided treats and quiet time for them to get to know us.

Now they come running to the door to greet us 😀Because we let them determine the timeline, we were able to foster their trust and respect.
