We got brand new floors in our lobby — and they look amazing! 😍
A huge THANK YOU to our clinic manager Azaley, her husband Troy, and our one-and-only wonderful Tom for working tirelessly this weekend to make it happen. 👏

If you’ve ever been at the clinic and felt the perfect room temperature or noticed things just magically working — you can thank Tom! Not only is he a rockstar at helping our patients recover smoothly, but he’s also our go-to guy for everything from fixing doors to saving the day when the AC goes rogue.

Main Street Spay & Neuter is looking for a

**full-time Veterinary Surgery Assistant** (36–40 hrs/week) to join our fast-paced, high-volume spay/neuter clinic. In addition to surgeries, we also provide low-cost dental care.

**What You’ll Do:**

✨Check in patients for surgery
✨Assist technicians with prepping patients for surgery
✨Administer vaccines and oral medications
✨Support patients during recovery after surgery
✨Provide compassionate care and excellent service to clients and their pets

**What We’re Looking For:**

✨ Previous veterinary assistant experience Required
✨Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
✨ Compassion, reliability, and eagerness to learn

We seriously have the BEST clients ever! 💕
Today one of our amazing clients surprised us with the cutest cookies—complete with our logo on them! 🍪🐾 We are obsessed!

On top of that, we’ve been showered with towel and blanket donations lately, and we are so grateful. 🐶🐱 Thank you all for helping us keep our furry friends cozy and cared for.

We can always use more if you have extras lying around—towels, sheets, and blankets are all perfect (just no comforters or pillows please). 🐾💖

387 animals fixed this month, this makes our total for the year 2,867 animals this year. That's truly incredible!

WE HAVE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE AS SOON AS NEXT WEEK FOR SPAY AND NEUTERS, AND DENTALS!

As always we will be accepting feral stand by at 7:45 Monday-Wednesday $100 for them to get fixed vaxed and flea treatment (must come in a trap zip tied)!

We have yet to turn a single feral away!

We do offer 10% off all spay/neuter services to Veterans and Seniors! (65+) Must have proof of ID for discounts

We are looking for gently used or new bath towels (please no hand towels)! We are open Monday-Thursday 8-5 for drop offs! So if you are helping grandma do some late fall cleaning consider bringing us her bath towels!

We gladly accept small blankets, fleece, or baby blankets as well.

This is why we do what we do!

Just a few weeks ago, this sweet puppy was diagnosed with parvo and was in very poor condition. His survival was uncertain, but thanks to a week of intensive care at our clinic, he beat the odds.

There was even a moment when euthanasia was considered due to how critical his condition was, but we decided to give him one more day. That decision gave him the chance to show us just how strong and determined he was. Despite being about 10 pounds smaller than his siblings, he fought through and won his battle with parvo.

Yesterday, he went home with his forever family, and our hearts couldn’t be happier. 💙 Without the affordability of our services and access to lifesaving parvo antibodies, his care may not have been possible.

His siblings are still waiting for their forever homes through Lucky Paws Rescue Friends —come meet them!
