Our Senior Dog Fitness Training Plan is LIVE!
It should take about 6 months to complete.

I had lunch with a fantastic conformation judge at the Competition Dogs Of The Ozarks show.
The Conditioning for Conformation program is updated with 2 new exercises, and I'm making a NEW functional fitness tutorial specifically for this plan.

There are TWO AKC Fit Dog level 1 LIVE classes open for enrollment! Tuesday July 9 at 930 AM and Thursday Aug 1 at 6pm. Both are at Springfield Family Dog Training www.paragonpupscaninefitness.com/live-classes Exercises learned in class: Nose touch Intro to new equipment (builds confidence) Front foot targeting (body awareness and confidence) Cookie stretches (flexibility) Nose to shoulder, hip, loin stretch (flexibility) Spins (flexibility AND body awareness) Cavalettis Tuck sit to kick back stand (strength) Stand to fold back down (strength) Shake (strength, weight shifting/balance) And a few more, and we'll go over some variations to make these more or less challenging.
