Intro to new equipment (builds confidence)
Front foot targeting (body awareness and confidence)
Cookie stretches (flexibility)
Nose to shoulder, hip, loin stretch (flexibility)
Spins (flexibility AND body awareness)
Cavalettis
Tuck sit to kick back stand (strength)
Stand to fold back down (strength)
Shake (strength, weight shifting/balance)
And a few more, and we'll go over some variations to make these more or less challenging.
