I would like to start off with saying hi to everyone that is joining us. If you seen the post on possibility starting up lessons the plan would be for that to start in the spring. There is a lot that has to go into planning and bringing it to life so please be patient with us as we try to get everything developed and bring this to life. We greatly appreciate all the interest and can’t wait to share it with you all.

Horses are enjoying there time off relaxing and eating. hopefully the rain quits and it cools off so we can get back into riding.

Meet the horses:

Reality Check aka Lakota

Lakota is our two year old thoroughbred filly. She is our training prospect. She will be getting trained for barrel racing and jumping.
She is owned by Katelyn and is a personal horse to wicked mover stables.

Moving on up aka Champ

Champ is a 9 year old saddle bred gelding. He is out lesson horse. He is owned by Katelyn and is a personal horse to wicked mover stables.

Eye of the Storm aka Laurel

Laurel is a 12 year old quarter horse mare. She is Katelyn’s barrel racing mare. She is owned by Katelyn and is a personal horse to wicked mover stables.

Ozzie

Ozzie is the newest rescue to wicked mover stables. He is getting rehabbed and will be a trail horse. He is owned by Charlene.

Phoenix

Phoenix is a 3 year old thoroughbred mare. She came to us as a rescue and ended up staying as a new personal horse. She is now owners by Charlene. Something cool about phoenix is she only has one eye and lost her other eye as a baby.

Meet our team:

Hi my name is Katelyn and I am a 20 year old equestrian and firefighter. I started wicked mover stables 4 years ago in honor of rescue horse that we had gotten from a sale. I started it originally as a rescue for horse and am now offering lessons and training for horses. I am the lesson instructor and the other trainer. I am the trainer for refreshers, desensitizing, finishing, and trailer work. My mother Charlene is one of my co workers and helpers with my barn and the new rescue horses.

Our personal trainer is Tanner Murray. Tanner is my fiancé and my personal trainer for my barn. He works with the green horses and starting of horses. As well as teaching them ground work. He is also my barrel racing and roping coach. I couldn’t do it without him.

I am looking into possibly soon adding rehabbing outside horses to our services as well. I am also looking into the possibility of adding shows to our services as well.
