Update number 2:
5 of the 9 have been adopted !!! The other 4 who haven’t been yet have fosters lined up if they don’t get adopted before the weekend.
Still available are TJ, NuNu, Hera and Flora.
Tj is a very sweet, lovable girl, great with kids/cats.
NuNu and Flora would do best in a single kitty home as they like to be center of their persons attention.
Hera has a rough past and still is learning to trust and recieve love again. She would need a quiet home that could be patient and give her that.

Update all cats have found foster homes!!

We are sadden by the news of the terrible fire that happened today downtown that affected many businesses. One in particular was the newly opened Cat Cafe that was partnering with the Animal Protective League to get shelter cats out of the shelter and into an environment set up to have their personalities show and find them homes. The Cafe housed 9 adult cats that are all very sweet but they have no place to stay now. All cats got out safely and the workers. The shelter is full and can’t take them in right now. They are asking for adopters/fosters for all 9 cats. If any of you, our wonderful clients, could help in this troubled time and give them a home temporarily until the shelter has the space for them we would be so thankful. Please contact the APL if you would be interested in fostering any of the 9 ! Thank you in advance 🧡
Here are the cats needing a foster home. Hera will be fostered by one of our staff members that also worked at the Cafe. NuNu is a senior that is 9 years old and the youngest are TJ, Hoffman, and Phoebe around a year old. They all are very sweet lovable cats and could use your help ! If you were thinking about adopting a cat, now is the time !

It’s been a little over a week so it’s safe to say that our sweet Harley has found her forever home !!! She now has a wonderful mom that loves her dearly and two human brothers and a canine brother ! She is thriving in her home and she is finally getting the love she deserves and giving it right back in return. She had an instant connection with her mom and she loves her children. It took a couple days for her and her canine brother to adjust but now they are best buds ! The best part is this energetic girl finally has a yard to run around in and soak up the sun ! ☀️ We can’t thank you enough for welcoming this beautiful girl into your home and showering her with so much love already ! 🧡
