Our company, , has been open for only 9 months. Today, we had a surprise inspection by the State Department of Agriculture. As the owner, I had the right to be present, reschedule or allow the inspection without me. I am out sick so I chose to allow the inspection to proceed without me. Without a doubt, we passed with flying colors—great job, Nicole and Maddison!

I share this with you to express my deep confidence and respect for our team. I truly appreciate the commitment you all show to ensuring the safety and well-being of the pups in our care. I have no doubt that we maintain a top-notch facility with a staff that genuinely cares.

Thank you for your hard work and dedication, not only in keeping the pups safe and our facility clean but also in your eagerness to learn about every aspect of our facility, dog behaviors, training and all the back end stuff.

I feel incredibly blessed to work alongside such a talented team!
