With the holidays upon us, here are a couple of quick notes! Dexter - and possibly Jamie - plan on doing the Toys for Tots motorcycle run on December 8. We will be collecting new, unopened toys until the 8th to take to the kiddos.
Also, we will be collecting donations for Rescue One again this year. That collection will be through December 23rd.
If you are still needing a holiday grooming appointment, make it soon! We are filling up fast!
Lastly, we will be closed from December 24 to December 31. We will be back on January 1, though we will be opening late that morning!

Junebug is here with an important announcement. Jamie injured her hand a couple weeks ago, and recovery is going to be slow. Because of this, Dexter has had to take over on the large breed dogs. So we will not be taking any new large breed dogs until Jamie's hand has healed and she can take back over on some of them.

We have an important announcement. Due to increasing costs, we will be raising our prices on May 1. Increases will be based on size and coat type, so please check with Dexter or I on what the new price will be for your pup. We love and appreciate all of you, and it's been a difficult choice, but a necessary one.

With the media covering the new respiratory illness in dogs, and an uptick locally in parvo cases, I wanted to reassure everyone of our cleaning process. And remind everyone of our sick dog policy. We sanitize crates and tables between every dog. And our equipment as well. At the end of the day, we clean and sanitize all crates, tubs, tables, and floors. Any dogs with an unexplained cough, nasal or eye discharge, diarrhea or vomiting are asked to reschedule their appointments. I know rescheduling sucks, but we need to keep the canine population in our area safe and healthy.
