U-Pick is always open by appointment AND open sunrise to sunset April-Oct, but, no staff makes calling ahead a good idea IF you need any customer service.

Best # for customer service is Five41 5toOne ate89ate (like it sounds). 7am to 3pm is the LEAST reliable time for this # to be answered. So, super early or 3pm to 10pm is the best times to call. The # is also posted on the Farm Check-in table. We don't currently have a restroom, though if you find anyone volunteering there (usually later in the afternoons and evenings), they can show you a bathroom. In an "emergency", peeing on LAWNS is good for the grass.

We have various unusual things we are happy to sell. For instance these sticks would be great for a fancy arrangement or garden art:
Small sticks: $1
Large branches $5
Free U-Pick of large and smaller dead branches high up in the tree(s) :-) (You gotta safely get them down with your own equipment).
If you have a miniature railroad or other mini-landscape we have lots of old lichens/mosses that make great details/trees/bushes/etc. (U-Pick $1 a cupful)

Updated farm signage some more to clarify buckets of U-Pick FLOWERS are $30 and added Nuts and Fruit pricing :-) As always, please bring containers to carry your treasures home. A measuring cup can be handy as well :-)

Blackberries are most of our other crop's nemesis leaving me bloody when I try to fight them back. That said, they are also great! Here is a nice article about fruits we should grow more of... (we do have Aronia and try to grow Elderberries every now and then)

It has been dry for a while, so, I think I will be trying to light some fires today and tomorrow (2pm to dark) before the rains return. Could be fun if anyone wants to come volunteer to throw sticks into the fires!

Farm is getting nicer as the weather gets more Spring-Like :-) We are still working on last winters Ice-Storm damage clean up. Progress made and much more to do... If you like making piles of sticks to burn, we love volunteers :-)
