If you didn’t make it to the vet for medication I have a suggestion.

Put them in a bathroom with some white noise or a fan.

Put them in their kennels. Cover them with a blanket and use a fan or white noise. You can go on YouTube and put a live feed on of white noise if you don’t have a machine.

Help them self soothe by giving them a place their nervous systems can get some breaks.
