The clinic will be closing early next Tuesday, December 31st, at 1PM and will be closed Wednesday, January 1st for New Year’s Day. We will have normal business hours on the 12/30, 1/2, and 1/3. Please let us know prior to 10AM on 12/31 if you are in need of any medications or food before the holiday. ‼️BEWARE‼️

Always be cautious when ordering anything, especially medication, from an unfamiliar website. While the products may be cheaper, it is usually because they are made cheaply and aren’t actually what you’re paying for.

While the packaging for the Seresto collar pictured below may look legitimate, this product is fraudulent and was ordered from the online store TEMU. It was created and marketed to look just like the real thing, and as seen in the photo below, is not at all safe for use. This is one of the reasons we always recommend purchasing any medication through your veterinarian or your veterinarian’s authorized online pharmacy. Stay safe!❤️🐾

We would like to announce that we have recently set up a new phone system. Our hope is that it will help navigate you to the right person, or department, and eliminate busy signals. The new system will also give you an option to leave messages when we are busy, and give you time to hold for a staff member when you need to speak with someone. We encourage any feedback on how the menu works or report any problems you may encounter as we implement this new system. For a short period of time, we will have a temporary phone number that you may see us call you from. That number is (469) 666-4631. Our clinic phone number has not changed, so you will continue to be able to reach us at 217-525-9556. We put great effort into ensuring our menu system flows properly, and hope this will help provide us with a better communication platform to serve your needs.

To all of our ✨amazing✨ clients,

For many years, our doctor and staff have worked exceptionally long and hard hours to keep up with client and patient demands. This has unfortunately come at the cost of our own needs, so the clinic will be implementing a schedule change in hopes of providing an improved work-life balance for our staff, while providing better care for our families and yours.

Effective July 8th, 2024, Myers Animal Clinic will have new hours. Monday-Thursday 8:00AM-5:30PM, Friday 8:00AM- 1:00PM, closed Saturday and Sunday. We have also adjusted our scheduling times to accommodate more appointments. This will ensure a full staff during business hours, so we will be seeing the same number of patients each week. This will allow our doctor and staff to have longer weekends to decompress and recharge.

We hope this adjustment does not affect too many of our clients, and believe being fully staffed during these hours will allow more availability to our existing clients. Please remember to pick up any medications or food prior to 1:00PM on Fridays.

We are so grateful to all our amazing clients and patients, and appreciate your patience and understanding as we all adjust to the new schedule. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to email or give us a call at the clinic and we will be happy to discuss them.
