Gracie and puppies are doing very well. I know everyone is super excited for photos and I promise I do post them. These first 2 weeks I just post random photos of the puppies and mom. At 3-4 weeks of age I start posting photos of individual puppies. I do my best to post weekly from that point on.

Please be patient with me as I can only do so much and taking special requests is hard and time consuming. Especially with 11 pups. Photographing growing puppies is an all day process and is very demanding.

We will start Puppy ENS at 3 weeks of age. All puppies are born blind and deaf, so smell and heat is very important to them right now. Having this time with mom is so very important.

These munchkins are super active. The girls more so than the boys. Will start rotation on mom to ensure everyone is fed, fat and happy.

JUST KIDDING!

She had another puppy so the count has changed. We now have. . .

4 females

Will ultrasound her to see how many more because boy the xray showed a good 9 and the others were hiding well.

All healthy and doing great. Gracie is a Rockstar mom.

Going to reach out to the families with deposits today and let everyone know what's available. At this point I believe we have 5 males available and all females spoken for.

Unfortunately Georgie could not be in our family photo announcement as she picked up a pass this past weekend with Goeman Gun Dogs towards her finished HrCH title. She needs 3 more passes till she gets there.

We are so proud of the work she has done and she runs in AKC Junior Hunt test this weekend, fingers crossed for her JH title.

Thank you Josh and Heidi for spoiling our baby girl. We miss her terribly.

PSA Announcement:

Spider bites can be a threat to your dog. Brygs displayed a severe allergic reaction to a spider bite yesterday when I noticed this "wound" that was weaping and her leg became incredibly swollen. We administered benadryl and went to the vet. She is now on antibiotics due to swelling and possible infection. This is her second spider bite. . . She will have a worse reaction each time like a bee sting.

I don't know what kind of spider it was, but the symptoms were there. I'm fortunate my husband and I were able to react quickly. Something as simple as this can cause a dog to loose their limb or life.

Some spiders are poisonous. Unfortunately we have 3 species here in Minnesota that are. Just be aware these things can happen. I'm lucky she is going to be OK and she's starting to act her normal self again.

🎊HAPPY NEW YEAR🎊

(Skip to bottom if you don't want to read a recap of 2023)

It was a pretty quiet 2023 on the breeding side as we waited for some females to become of age and our new male, Gideon, to grow and mature.

That being said, we took some time to travel to over 30 dog shows and roughly 10 states in the past 12 months; including, but not limited to the AKC National Championship in Orlando, FL.

Were able to finish Gemma with her International Champion titles through IABCA in Hutchingsonn, MN. She also obtained her BCAT title within the AKC FastCAT trails. She is AKC pointed and we hope to finish her CH title within AKC.

Georgie spent half of 2023 with Goeman Gun Dogs, training for her hunt titles through the UKC. She made some wonderful achievements and has her SRH (started hunt title). In 2024, she will go back with Josh and crew to continue running Hunt Tests and hopefully move up to new titles in both UKC and AKC. She finished her BCAT title also.

Gideon started 2023 with a huge bang, landing multiple Best In Show Puppy between the ages of 4-6 months. He continued to impress us as he went multiple Best of Breed wins over a few specials and multiple Best of Opposite Specialty Wins before 8 months of age. He is fully pointed out and needs 2 majors to finish.

The Saint Bernards did an incredible job also. Bruno went from a class dog to CH to GCH in just 9 months of showing. He was the #4 St. Bernard in All Breed points by the end of 2023 and #3 NOHS St. Bernard. We are working hard to get his Breed points up in the standings, but finding other Saints to show against is hard in our region.

Byrdie has outdone herself and went multiple Best of Opposite over a few bitch specials and is fully pointed out with 1 major at just 9 months old! She needs 1 more major to finish her CH title. She is also named Best of Breed Puppy for the year in Saint Bernards! A huge accomplishment!!

Brygs is starting to develop out of her awkward teenage phase and is really maturing, especially her head and front. She is AKC pointed and has won Winners Bitch at a Specialty Show in Michigan, along with Winners Bitch at a few others. She needs 2 majors and points to finish her CH title.

‼️AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAME HERE FOR‼️

Gemma is in heat currently. She is not being bred this time around. We need Gideon to grow up juuust a little bit more and finish his health testing. Her planned littler for this year is hopefully around August 2024, tentatively.

Gracie x Gus are planning a litter for 2024. Gracie has yet to come into heat, we are watching her closely and more so, Gus. He is stir crazy with Gemma right now, so 3 intact boys in the house is a whirlwind with these girls.

We have yet to decide when Gracie's last litter will be. She is going to be 6 this year and we usually don't breed past this age. That being said, her heat cycles have been getting further apart as she ages. Her litter is planned for March 2024 tentatively.

!!Again, she has yet to come into heat so this date may change!!
