Payment On File
Beginning January 1st, 2025 to better serve you and ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we will be requiring a card on file to hold your grooming appointment. This practice is commonly used in many service industries, and it is necessary for us to implement this due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows. **Online booking will see this change beginning this Holiday season**
We truly love grooming your pets and are committed to providing the best possible service. By adopting this policy, we aim to protect our business and ensure that we can continue to offer our services to you and your beloved pets.
No Show / Late Cancellation Fees:
We want to take a moment to thank you for your support as we approach our 8th month in operation. Your trust in us means a lot, and we remain dedicated to providing quality grooming for your pets. To ensure the sustainability of our business and continue offering the service you love, we will be implementing No-Show and Last-Minute Cancellation Fees starting January 1st, 2025.
In our short time, we have faced significant financial challenges, with over $7,000 lost due to cancellations and no-shows, which have a fee we have not enforced. When appointments are canceled at the last minute or missed entirely, we are unable to fill that time slot, which impacts our ability to serve all our clients effectively.
Beginning January 1st, the No-Show fee will be set at 50% of the service your pet requires. We understand that emergencies can happen, and we are sympathetic to those situations. However, frequent occurrences make it challenging for us to operate, and we must take this step to ensure our viability moving forward.
Loyalty Points!
We absolutely love seeing you and your pets! Regular grooming has been shown to contribute to happier, healthier pets, and we want to reward you for making that a priority with our Loyalty Points Program. We are pleased to announce that our loyalty points program will continue to run, allowing our frequent visitors to earn rewards.
As a reminder from your new client paperwork, we do require that pets we service be placed on a regular grooming schedule to ensure they receive the best care possible. Please note that loyalty points will expire after 12 weeks of inactivity, so we encourage you to keep your appointments as part of your petโs ongoing care!
Overdue Pets
We wanted to remind you about our grooming contract, which asks that every furry friend come in at least every 12 weeks. While we've been super flexible during our first year, our schedule is becoming a bit busier, making it harder to fit everyone in. To help with this, we offer easy rebooking options at every appointment along with friendly text reminders one week and one day before your visit.
Starting January 1st, 2024, weโll be introducing an โoverdue petโ fee of $50 for pets who havenโt been seen within the 12-week timeframe. We totally understand that things can get tight financially, so weโre excited to offer some budget-friendly alternatives! Our nail trim services and mini-makeover options are perfect ways to keep your pet looking great while meeting that minimum requirement without breaking the bank.
Groomer Education
At our pet care facility, weโre passionate about giving your furry friends the best care possible, treating them just like our own beloved pets! All of our groomers are certified by the American Red Cross in First Aid and CPR for pets, so you can have peace of mind knowing theyโre in safe hands. We also love to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques through fun seminars and trade shows, ensuring weโre always learning and improving in this ever-evolving industry!
