Meet Mrs. Campbell, the sweetest and most laid-back mama you’ll ever meet! This precious girl has been with us since early 2024, and we can't believe it's already been almost a year. Mrs. Campbell is the ultimate couch potato – if there’s a comfy spot to curl up, you can bet she’s there, especially if it’s a cozy cardboard box! Please help us spread the word! We are pleased to announce that our shelter is now open to the public. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as our dedicated staff worked diligently to support the animals during their recovery. We are happy to report that all of our dogs have been tested and cleared as of this time. All operations will now resume as usual.

🚨 ATTENTION 🚨

Due to our newest intakes having tested positive for the Parvo Virus, our shelter will be closed for all services, this includes intakes and dog adoptions. Parvo is a highly contagious and potentially deadly virus for puppies and unvaccinated dogs, vaccinated dogs are at less of a risk but still at risk. This quarantine will last a minimum of two weeks. We thank you for your patience at this time.

Happy Thanksgiving from your incredible shelter pets and staff ! We were able to snag a few turkeys today for a mini photo shoot with some of our shelter pups and we're so grateful for your love and support ! We appreciate you guys for stopping by and taking these heartwarming pictures ! Our shelter animals are like family to us and they've been blessed to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal as well thanks to our generous community ! A big thank you to all of you !

We had to share this cutness overload of the Taco Casa Puppies this week ! They are three weeks old as of yesterday and growing like little wild flowers ! These babies will be available at 8 weeks old to go to their new family !

A couple of hours later, last Tuesday. The shelters four smallest babies on their way to being fostered by the Walnut Creek Veterinarian staff !🥰
