What a fun filled day! We had a full house and lots of energy to burn! We welcomed Miss Sadie to The Biscuit today! She started with a half day just to get her “paws” wet, and she did SO great! It’s been a Golden week here, and I’m loving it!💕💙Miss Sooner came back for daycare today and will be part of the Wednesday pack until her family leaves town. She is sooooo sweet!!😍😍
Daisy and Benny arrived this morning and will be here for a week! They fell right back into the daycare routine nicely! They are currently snoozing beside me!🙌🏻😍

Another daycare week wrapped up and in the books!! It was a good week! The existing packs were introduced to some new dogs and did quite well. I never know how it will go, as adding a new dog in can change the dynamic, and there’s always a chance for personality clashes. A lot goes into making sure the wheels spin smoothly over here! Clocking in at just over 22,000 steps for the day!! Grateful…🙏🏻🐾
Gertie comes tomorrow for her first ever sleepover!! I am SO excited!! Another guest arrives tomorrow as well! Miss Rubi! She has only boarded one other time, so I’m looking forward to seeing her again! Stay tuned for our Girl’s Weekend!😍😍

Miss Gemma and Miss Sooner arrived this morning for their first ever daycare day and first overnight tonight! The both did really great integrating with the pack! Sooner is 100% lab! When she arrived she went straight for the pool! I couldn’t help thinking she would make Jack the perfect girlfriend! 😍😍 Gemma was a little more shy and reserved, but she had her BFF with her to help ease her into the day and was able to find her place💕🐾

Georgia went home last night after her 4 night stay. To say she is a sweetheart is such an understatement! She is a newer dog to the pack, and I feel like our one on one time Friday through Sunday really sealed the deal on our bond. 🥹💕
Our week off “upta camp” doesn’t look super great weather wise, so I guess I’ll be packing lots of books and finishing my re-certification of pet first aid and CPR! Much love to you and all the dogs!😘😘

Another great week of daycare has come to a close! Today was a completely different type of day than yesterday was. The pack was playful as usual, but there was a sense of calm and serenity in the air. Minimal managerial skills had to be worked. 💕💙
I also got to witness the incredible brilliance of a pack of dogs in action. They KNOW when something is a little off or different in the pack. They adjust their behavior accordingly without much guidance from me. If a dog is a senior, the pack immediately knows to give space and take the energy level down a notch. If a dog is nursing a small wound, they know to be gentle. Just when I think I’ve seen it all, they all say, “hold my kibble!”🥰🙏🏻✨

It may have been cloudy but the temperature was juuuuust right! We spent a good chunk of the day outside just playing and lounging! No rain and no high heat made for a very good day! 🎉🎉
This morning there was something in the air, and the pack had me working my managerial skills. There’s a lot more that goes into doggy daycare than one might think. There’s a lot of moving parts and personalities. Kinda like working with a big groups of tweens!🤣🤣 We found our groove by lunch time, and the rest is history! I sure do love them all so much!💙🐾💕🐾

I wouldn’t trade any bit of it though! All the dogs in my care mean the absolute world to me, and I’m grateful every single day I get to be a part of their lives. A big thank you goes out to all of you, my clients, who make this dream of mine possible. I know there are so many options these days, so I don’t take it lightly that you’ve chosen me. 🙏🏻💕
