🌟ALL CLIENTS PLEASE READ 🌟
I am wanting to make all my clients aware of a few of the shops policies I’m unfortunately going to have to start enforcing. The first-
⭐️ Cancellation/No Show Policy ⭐️
If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please let me know ASAP. I need at least 24 hours notice so I can try to fill that spot. If you don’t show up, or cancel with less than 24 hours before your pets appointment, a $20 no show fee will be applied to your next visit. (This has always been a policy, and is on the release form you sign at drop off).
The second policy-
⭐️ Late Arrivals ⭐️
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, your dog will most likely not be getting a full haircut that day.
Because I typically only schedule 1 dog/family at a time, when someone is late, it causes me to run behind on the rest of my appointments that day. So effective immediately, if you are more than 10 minutes late I can do what time allows (such as bath, face, feet, and potty trim). This has always been a policy, I just haven’t enforced it much in the past. But I don’t want to have to rush trying to get pets done. It’s stressful and increases the risk of an incident occurring (grooming tools are sharp, so time and care needs to be taken with each dog).
I’ve tried to be flexible, because I know things come up. But I’ve had far too many people late, or not show up that I’m going to have to stick by these policies from now on. It’s not just for me, but for your pet, the other pets scheduled that day, and so I can pay my bills to keep the shop open. Thank you for your continued support!
