Do you remember where you were?

Some of you may recall a post I did on July 30th of 2 of these pretty little flowers that sprouted up in the most unusual, uncomfortable place at the barn. I check on them everyday to see if they're still making it. After all, the world around them sure seems to get even more challenging and uncomfortable with no rain, a hard surface and being driven over several times a day.
To my surprise today I discovered they aren't just making it but they're thriving. They're multiplying. I needed that today. It reminded me of a couple things. The world around us may not get easier or more comfortable. The world may seem to just keep running us over. Life doesn't get easier but we CAN get stronger. We weren't meant to JUST survive in this world alone either. We need each other. We thrive when we help one another. I definitely need "my people", my village. I literally could not tackle this barn on my own. We couldn't reach the people we need to reach. We couldn't serve the ones we are meant to serve. We cannot help the ones that need our help without our people. Thank you to everyone that has been a part of this dream. Whether you've said a prayer, made a donation, volunteered to help, offered words of encouragement, booked a bday party or riding lesson or anything in between....from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU💜

Our BUZZ 🐝 starring this Springville, Alabama nonprofit airs Sept. 21 on Alabama Public Television, but you can get a sneak peek this Thursday at our free BUZZ Live! stars Alabama Nonprofits event as we kick off 4 new episodes that also include Children's Harbor, Iron City Trykes and AL-TF1 K9 Team.

My goodness yall!!! I just watched this short promo by Buzz4good and I am crying happy tears! Oh how I hope our loved ones can see us from heaven. What do you think my brother would say? Please check out the details on this event and consider attending. I know its a drive. I know its a school night and during the work week. HOWEVER, I also know your being there will have a SIGNIFICANT impact. Strength in numbers is HUGE and it would mean so much to us to have our community there with us. There will be other amazing organizations present that are making a difference in the lives of others as well. This will be an evening of fellowship, celebration, and JOY. There's still so much light in this seemingly dark world and this event is going to be filled with hope, faith, and a lot of love.
