Health-A-Palooza is a family fun festival with great food, beverages of all sorts (including adult beverages), music and a massive kid's -family activities play area. We are pet friendly too. Like Ribfest
we are a free admission event with free parking just come out and purchase the food, beverages, products and services you want ! Why Health-A-Palooza ? While there enjoying your favorite foods and listening to music and if you have kids letting them play Knocker Ball, or take part in St Louis Professional team mini soccer clinic, or check out all the different emergency vehicles like fire trucks, police cars and more. Gold's Gym has an obstacle course, we have a rock climbing wall from Upper Limits, there is golf instruction and games, Crossfit, Zumba, Yoga, Massages, MMA, Kickboxing, you name the sport or activity. In addition come dressed and prepared bevcause Mercy Hospital is throwing a Wine Bar Mammography truck screening party, doing flu shots and much, much more ! Walgreens is doing Pneumonia shots and blood pressure screening and on Sunday I hope to have some of the winners and participates from the awesome PINK Muscle Show from Saturday October 8th at the St Charles Convention Center. If you have never seen these athletes you will be amazed ! To kids it's like looking a comic book heros and adults can see what dedication in the gym and at meal time can result in for both men & women..........maybe we can get some of them on stage to flex their stuff.
