Due to the amount of no call/no shows happening again, we will be making a change to one of our policies. From now on, it will be a $25 fee PER DOG if you no show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment. We have had this happening too often with families that have multiple dogs. Let me explain, each dog takes up 1 time slot, so if you have 2 dogs booked for 12:00pm, you are actually booked for the groomers 12:00pm and 1:00pm time slot. If you no show, that’s 2 hours of no dogs here for the groomer. This is not fair to the groomers or the salon. So please, we are asking everyone to be on time for your scheduled appointment, and to give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
