The following videos are of a mare I have been working with weekly for the last month or so. Her owner reached out because the mare was swinging out her front leg and having issues transitioning from canter to trot. During the first visit, it became clear that this young mare was tense throughout her entire body; her muscles literally felt like rocks. Massage isn't a miraculous fix and, most of the time, it needs to be done repeatedly to help teach the muscles to stay relaxed. The following video was sent to me May 12th.
