Our client had a Red Sea tank and sump and all of this equipment but the sump was damaged. It would be a shame to replace existing equipment so we designed the sump around the equipment at hand.

After looking at all the options we came up with a 36x20x15” sump for him. In this sump we have a Klir Filter roller, Nyos reactor. Octopus’s skimmer, huge Algae Scrubber and finally a large return pump from Neptune.

This was a fun build!

23x23x11” frag tank with an internal overflow box. Extremely sturdy PVC construction with ultra clear viewing window on the front. These can be drilled for any size bulkheads you would like to use. We recommend two 1” bulkheads in the overflow box.

This client came to us asking for the outside box of an overflow box to be made. He wanted a lid and needed it to be very specific dimensions so he can make it all fit as the overflow box he bought from one for the big online retailers didn’t work for his needs. Sometimes it’s the little things we need to make a large aquarium work.

We just finished this Sump and ATO Container for a client in Tennessee.

The sump is a lightly modified Reef Sump 48. It’s 48x17x15” instead of the regular 48x15x15”. Easy change for us and we used the materials efficiently so the price barely moved.

To go along with the sump out client wanted a ATO Container. This one measures 15x17x15”. We included a viewing window in the ATO container as well for easy viewing of the water level.

Nano mixing and ATO station.

This was an interesting request. The client wanted to have a clean and perfectly sized mixing station for their nano. Since we had a little extra room we incorporated the ATO container into it as well.

I am humbled and ecstatic to report that we are now taking orders for FEBRUARY 2022! Yes, that’s right, we are now at least two months out until we can taken-on new builds which would be delivered in March of 2022. Unbelievable!

It is unbelievable how far we have come in the last couple of years. Thank you to all of the local fish stores who work with us. Thank you to all of the customers who have placed orders with us directly. Without all of you we would not exist.

How it’s made! Custom Reef Sump!!

In this video, we show how we built a custom 48x24x20” reef sump. https://youtu.be/iMGNEOiQ8YI It features a crash chamber to eliminate bubbles coming down from the main display and help disperse the water evenly into the filter socks. Three filter sock holders are next. After the filter socks, the water flows through the large chamber where our client wanted to keep it as open as possible. This space can be used as the skimmer chamber, refugium, to hold reactors and to hold extra rock rubble/ bio blocks. In this section, we also have probe holders for controller probes to sit in. Finally, the water flows through a set of baffles and into the return chamber where we have created enough space for two return pumps. In this section, we also have dosing line holders to allow for easy dosing of Alkalinity, Calcium, Magnesium, and other elements important to our reefs. Three filter sock holders are next. After the filter socks the water flows through the large skimmer chamber. Next is the biological section of this sump. This space can be used as a refugium, to hold reactors or to hold extra rock rubble/ bio blocks. Above it is a shelf where a Algae Scrubber will be placed. This shelf is removable so the client can run a refugium and a algae scrubber or remove the algae scrubber if they want. Finally the water flows through a set of baffles and into the return chamber where we have drilled two holes for external return pumps. In this section we also have probe holders for controller probes to sit in and dosing line holders. This sump can easily handle anything from a 200 gallon to a 1000 gallon aquarium.
