We’re seeking an inspiring Farm Trainer to help shape the future of sustainable urban agriculture. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Education to bring our Farming for Community Apprenticeship and Farmer in Training programs to life.

As Farm Trainer and mentor, you will:
✨ Bridge classroom knowledge with hands-on farm experience.
✨ Guide apprentices through immersive learning opportunities tied to seasonal tasks.
✨ Present impactful content using our thoughtfully crafted curriculum and resources.
✨ Manage the Grandel Demonstration Farm, our hub for education and growth.

to promote environmental justice.
