Join us for an afternoon of seed swapping, plant talk, and expert advice. Whether you’re a “budding” gardener or have a “rooted” love for all things green, this event is perfect for all skill levels.

Bring your favorite seeds to swap, and leave with new varieties to plant and “sprout” something amazing this season. We will be “digging into” some fantastic gardening tips and tricks, including sustainable practices that will help you make the most of your garden—no matter how big or small! Let’s “grow” together—one seed at a time!

It’s out! Check out the Seed St. Louis 2025 planting calendar. It’s time to get those broccoli seeds started!

🎉Our 2025 Planting Calendar is available!! A big update for this year is something we're asked for often ~> The fruit tree varieties that we recommend! Those are listed on the back of the calendar which is in the comments.

You can download the digital version from the homepage of our website at www.seedstl.org (just scroll to the bottom) or pick up a laminated copy at any of our upcoming in-person events. The first is our Seed Packet Sale a week from Saturday on January 18!

We'll also have calendars at our Tool & Seed Swap on February 12 and Community Agriculture Conference 2025 on February 15.

We're Hiring: Farm Manager at Rung for Women!
Are you passionate about sustainable urban agriculture? We're looking for a Farm Manager to lead operations at Rung for Women’s farm. This role is central to fostering community connections, supporting education, and ensuring productive, organic farming practices.

Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute crop plans using organic methods.
2. Oversee farm operations, harvests, and NRCS EQIP compliance.
3. Collaborate on workshops, volunteer activities, and outreach.
4. Manage farm maintenance, food distribution, and reporting.
