This sweet girl has been in our shelter for over 70 days without a break, and the stress of it all has landed her in our Lifesaver program. She’s been through so much, and now, she desperately needs a break from the chaos of the shelter. 🏚️
Lady Mila is a loving, affectionate dog who thrives on attention and companionship. She's been working hard with her chew buddy at the shelter, focusing on calmness and reducing her stress, and she’s been doing GREAT! 🎯💖 Mila is truly a sweetheart who just needs a peaceful, loving home to flourish in.
At this time, Mila would do best as the only dog in the home due to the stress she's been under. She hasn’t been receptive to making dog friends, but with patience and love, we know she will thrive in a home where she can be the center of attention. 🏡

‼️🆘URGENT REQUEST‼️🆘The temperatures have dropped to dangerously low levels, and as you know, this poses a serious risk to the animals out there waiting to be saved. Despite the challenges, we remain committed to rescuing those who are exposed in this freezing temperature. We have seen a dog passed in the cold and it's hard to accept it. But what can we do? We do not have any space to even put another pop up wire crates, we do not have a space to accommodate more unless you help us make the space by fostering. We urgently need your help to create more room in our shelter. Renah says-
I busted Dame out of the shelter yesterday for some gym time. She was so cute and playful. I can't believe I didn't know how much she loves stuffies. 😍 And the bag of tennis balls. 🤣
In spite of being at the shelter since July, Dame is such a sweet and happy girl...as you can see.
She was great in the car and up for anything. She played with everything and did some agility!
Dame is such a gem. I know she'll make someone so happy. ❤️
She is a part of the Lifesavers Initiative due to her length of stay and shelter stress. She certainly deserves the love of a home after so long in the shelter.
Dame is about 8 years old, 60 pounds and available for foster or adoption.
