So here we go folks, the first Early Birds gig this Thursday 6-9pm at the Creve Couer Lakehouse !... The band will consist of Donner Rusk vocals/ guitar/mandolin, Teresa Penrose bass, Doug Foehner guitar/lap steel and Randy Reece on sax. Should be really nice with the temps dropping and the patio really is kid and dog friendly. They even have water bowls for the pups (and kids if you really want to ; ) ... y'all come and have a nice evening by the lake.

... so this reworking has given birth to The Whirled Peas, which among other things will include my updated music and Im already really happy with the direction its taking.

The Whirled Peas combines 60's/70's music that influenced us like John Prine , The Grateful Dead, CSNY with some originals, novelties and instrumentals, all whirled into a mostly acoustic amalgam of adventurous Americana.
